I had a wonderful communication skills workshop with ANZ at Halcyon today. The food was tasty as always, and the participants very interactive.
Some of the participants were very active throughout the program - contributing, seriously working through activities being my 'coach' in the program ... and yet at feedback time, one of them rated the program an even 4 on 5, where most of the others - even the silent ones - felt generous enough for a 5.
So what gives??
I guess some people are like that - stingy with giving something in writing, while squandering it away verbally.
